One post production technique that is used in order to create meaning is the adding of sound in order to create suspense within my part of the production. Within the sequence sound is used towards the very end in order to create suspense from the use of music. This was done so that it leaves the audience wondering what is going on within the narrative as well as what could happen next thus making them interested and want to know the answer. Hence how this post production technique has been used to create meaning through adding sound as a means to create suspense within the narrative and making people wanting to know what is to happen next.
Another post production technique that is used in order to create meaning is the use of transitions within the production in order to create suspense. Through 1:07 to 1:09 there are several jump cuts in which were used in order to create the flashing effect that is evident within the scene. This is used to create suspense as the audience are suddenly greeted with the flashing of the scenes in which they are being shown and are left wondering what is to happen next. Hence how this post production technique has been used in order to create meaning through the use of transitions.
A third post production technique that is used within the production that is used in order to create meaning is the use of sound within the production. This is most evident during the sequence at 1:09 to 1:21 there is a blackout scene where nothing can be seen only the noise in which is being generated can be heard. This noise is used to create suspense as the audience is not able to visually see what is going on within the narrative and instead must paint the picture for themselves thus making them yearn to see the rest of film. Hence how this third post production technique has been used within the narrative through the use of suspense created by audio as well as a lack of visual information in order to support them.
