Evidence of recordings

Evidence of setting up the camera

This image shows Tommy setting up the camera into the position that is required for a particular scene, which in this scene is where the protagonist (Sadie) is entering the classroom in the opening of the 2-minute opening. There were no difficulties when setting up the camera since there were multiple clips taken to ensure that the shot was perfect to be taken as evidence and as part of the opening sequence. Since setting up the camera for each scene was a simple task it meant that they didn’t have to be repeated multiple times which was one thing that worked better than expected.

Evidence using planning material

We used the shooting script in this image to provide evidence of using the shooting script for the references that each character has of what they are doing so they can go over to make sure that they know what they have to say throughout the entirety of filming of the opening sequence. Once again there weren’t any difficulties with these images since it was just taking pictures of us using having the script out to be used so that all the characters know their lines. There weren’t really many parts that worked better than expected as it was only taking pictures of us using the shooting script to be used as evidence.

Evidence on locations

This shows the first scene of the opening sequence where the protagonist (Sadie) is entering the classroom this is taken in the corridor which is one of the 2 locations of where we filmed scenes of the opening sequence, the shot of the scene was done quite well as it perfectly synced with the next scene of the opening sequence, there weren’t any difficulties.

Evidence of health and safety guidelines

The health and safety guidelines were set in place in order to ensure the safety of the cast whilst filming which meant that there had to be guidelines that had to be followed, there weren’t any problems regarding being able to follow these guidelines.

Mise en scene mood board

The reason I chose these particular images for my mood board is
because they fit in with the storyline of the opening sequence
regarding of the setting of where the events will take place as well as
the suitable props that will be used for the opening sequence , the

characters will need to wear suitable clothing that relate to who they
are which is why I have chosen these particular clothing images
based on the characters that will be in the film.
